Hey there, reader,
We're back and it's time to roll up our sleeves and dive deep into our next big theme in the hexagon journey: Health. Now, when I say 'our', I truly mean it. This isn't about me telling you what health is or should be. Instead, it's about us exploring this topic together. What it means to you, your questions, your curiosities – that's the heart of our next adventure, the second book in the series, "Hexagons - Health".
Health is a big word, right? It can mean so many different things to different people. Maybe for you, it's about understanding how food plays a role in your wellbeing. You might've heard words like 'calorie deficit' thrown around, or maybe you've tried a fad diet or two. Do these concepts work? Why or why not? Or, perhaps, you'd like us to cut through the buzz and explore what truly matters when it comes to food and our bodies.
Then there's the stuff we don't see - the stuff that's going on inside our heads. Mental health support is huge and it's important. We're living in a world where it's okay to say, "I'm not okay". So, what about ways we can look after our mental health? Techniques, strategies, or even just understanding why it's so crucial to our overall wellbeing.
Or maybe there's something else entirely on your mind - perhaps something you've read about, or something you can't quite wrap your head around. It could be anything from the influence of technology on our health, to the ongoing debates about processed foods, to the intersection of our environment and personal health.
At the end of the day, this space - our space - is about digging into health topics that you're interested in, not just the ones I think are important. And remember, this is a no-judgement zone. Your thoughts, your opinions, they're all valid and I want to hear them.
So, hit me with your questions, your topic suggestions, your "I've always wondered about...". Your input will be the driving force behind "Hexagons - Health". Let's make this a conversation, not a lecture. After all, that's the best way to learn, right?
Thanks for being here, for being part of this. I can't wait to see where this journey takes us next. So, let's get this discussion going – over to you!
